Dr Elisa is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and passionate about what she does. She takes it to the next level in her care and truly wants every person living their healthiest life. She knows exactly where your trouble areas are and addresses each one intentionally and with a gentle touch. I have finally had relief from neck/back pain after years of dealing with it, and I always look forward to our conversations during my needling and massages! I met Dr Gillespie several years ago when I lived in Kannapolis, after I had a fall and was having severe TMJ issues. I saw multiple PTs in the Charlotte area before finding her to be the most helpful. She has been the best PT with her amazing dry needling skills. I have since moved to Eastern NC and continue to drive 4 hours each way to see her once a month as none of the PTs in my area begin to compare. I highly recommend going to see her, especially if you are having headaches or any TMJ issues, chronic back pain, hip pain, etc.

I highly recommend Dr. Elisa for any physical therapy needs. I went to see her after months of discomfort in my lower back and right leg. We started with a PT session, followed by a dry needling treatment. Elisa was honest and straightforward—she let me know that, given the level of pain I was still experiencing, I might need a steroid pack to reduce the inflammation. She was absolutely right, and after starting the medication, I’ve been completely pain-free. What I appreciated most is that Elisa didn’t try to keep me in therapy unnecessarily. It’s clear that her priority is genuinely helping her patients, not just prolonging treatment for profit. She’s truly committed to identifying the root cause of your pain and helping you heal.
